Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify customers via email if there are any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly and retain all packaging materials.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier and your local postal service for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
